ABOUT ME

As a Florida native, I have witnessed the changes and growth to our state over the years. Born and raised in Broward County, my family moved to Coral Springs in 1977. Real estate was a family business as my mother was a Real Estate Broker for a Century 21 franchise for over 30 years. My first exposure to the business was watching my mom manage the daily operations of 140 sales associates. Often times I would work in her office coordinating files, delivering MLS books (yes, MLS was a weekly published book!), answering phones and assisting agents with obtaining access to listings. These experiences at a young age taught me the value and importance of attention to detail.

My move to Gainesville was like most, to attend the University of Florida (Go Gators!). I obtained both my undergraduate (B.A.) and graduate (Ph.D.) degrees at UF and worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida for six years, prior to pivoting my career to real estate. Both my education and prior work experiences have provided me the necessary foundation to effectively communicate and skillfully negotiate any real estate transaction.

I have been licensed as a Real Estate Sale Associate since 2004 and have consistently achieved multi-million dollar producer status ever since. I am able to assist buyers and sellers with single-family homes, vacant land, condos, luxury homes, first-time homes, new construction and relocation. I am focused, determined and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate transaction process. My attention to detail is unsurpassed. I pride myself on being available and accessible to customers as well as other professionals involved in the real estate transaction.

When I’m not selling real estate, you may find me cruising in my ‘53 Chevy pickup with my husband Bart; having lunch with one of my kids, second-generation Gators currently attending UF; or running the streets in the early morning hours with my favorite group of women, RunGNV.

My Approach to selling real estate
